حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ ثُلُثَ عَبْدِهِ، قَالَ: " يَسْعَى لَهُ فِي الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَلَا يَضْمَنُ لِبَقِيَّتِهِ
