حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ وَمُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ قَدْ جَرَى بَيْنَهُمَا قَبْلَ الدَّيْنِ؛ يَدْعُوهُ وَيَدْعُوهُ الْآخَرُ وَيُكَافِيهِ [١]، فَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ، وَلَا يَحْسِبُهُ مِنْ دَيْنِهِ
