حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ ثُمَامَةَ:
أَنَّ حُذَيْفَةَ عَرَفَ جَمَلًا لَهُ فَخَاصَمَ فِيهِ إِلَى قَاضٍ مِنْ قُضَاةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَصَارَتْ عَلَى حُذَيْفَةَ يَمِينٌ فِي الْقَضَاءِ، فَحَلَفَ بِاللهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ: مَا بَاعَ وَلَا وَهَبَ
