حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي مُكَاتَبٍ عَجَزَ وَقَدْ أَدَّى بَعْضَ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ وَقَدْ شَرَطُوا عَلَيْهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ، قَالَ: " إِذَا أَدَّى النِّصْفَ فَهُوَ غَرِيمٌ
