حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ:
إِذَا أَدَّى الْمُكَاتَبُ ثُلُثَ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ فَهُوَ غَرِيمٌ
