حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ سَوَادَةَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ اسْتَعَارَتْ حُلِيًّا لِعُرْسٍ فَهَلَكَ الْحُلِيُّ ؟ فَكَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: " لَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهَا إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ بَغْتَةً غَائِلَةً
