حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ:
أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا لَا يَرَيَانِ بَأْسًا أَنْ يُعْتِقَ الرَّجُلُ أَمَتَهُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ، ثُمَّ يَطَأَهَا
