حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَعْلَمَهُ مِنْهُ مَا كَانَ يَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ جَازَ بَيْعُهُ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ خِيَارٌ
