حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا:
لَا يَجُوزُ بَيْعُهُ حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ الْبَائِعُ مَا يَعْلَمُ الْمُشْتَرِي
