حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَامِرٍ: رَجُلٌ اشْتَرَى بَزًّا إِلَى أَجَلٍ فَحَبَسَهُ، وَعَكَمَهُ، وَوَضَعَهُ فِي مَنْزِلِ الْبَائِعِ وَلَمْ يَحْتَبِسْهُ رَهْنًا بِالْمَالِ، فَاحْتَرَقَ الْمَالُ ؟ قَالَ: " مِنْ مَالِ الْبَائِعِ
