حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَكَارَى الرَّجُلُ الدَّابَّةَ إِلَى الْمَكَانِ كَانَ لَهُ كِرَاؤُهَا، فَإِنْ جَاوَزَ عَلَيْهَا فَنَفَقَتْ كَانَ لَهُ كِرَاؤُهَا الْأَوَّلُ وَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَضْمَنَهَا
