حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ:
فِي رَجُلٍ اكْتَرَى دَابَّةً فَجَاوَزَ الْوَقْتَ، قَالَ: " يُجْمَعُ عَلَيْهِ الْكِرَاءُ وَالضَّمَانُ
