حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْعِدْلَ مِنَ الْبُرِّ [١]فَنَظَرَ بَعْضُ التُّجَّارِ إِلَى بَعْضِهِ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ؛ إِذَا لَمْ يَرَ عُوَارًا فِيمَا لَمْ يَنْظُرْ إِلَيْهِ
