حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ - رَفَعَهُ - قَالَ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الشَّيْءَ، لَمْ يَنْظُرْ إِلَيْهِ غَائِبًا عَنْهُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا نَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ: إِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ
