حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ ثُمَّ فَجَرَتْ، أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ، وَإِنْ مَاتَتْ تَحْتَ السِّيَاطِ وَرِثَهَا
