حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
أَيُّهُمَا رُجِمَ، الزَّوْجُ أَوِ الْمَرْأَةُ، فَلِصَاحِبِهِ مِنْهُ الْمِيرَاثُ
