حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
الْخُلْعُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنٌ، وَمَا اشْتَرَطَتْ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ فَهُوَ لَهَا
