حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ يَقُولُ:
﴿الطَّلاقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ ﴾قَالَ: إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَاحِدَةً، فَإِنْ شَاءَ نَكَحَهَا، وَإِذَا طَلَّقَهَا ثِنْتَيْنِ فَإِنْ شَاءَ نَكَحَهَا، فَإِذَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
