✧ What they said about a man against whom two men testified to divorcing his wife, so the judge separated them, then one of them retracted

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زَادِيٍّ مَوْلَى بَجِيلَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلَانِ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَفَرَّقَ الْقَاضِي بَيْنَهُمَا، فَرَجَعَ أَحَدُ الشَّاهِدَيْنِ وَتَزَوَّجَهَا الْآخَرُ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: مَضَى الْقَضَاءُ وَلَا يُلْتَفَتُ إِلَى رُجُوعِ الَّذِي رَجَعَ
