حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: إِنْ لَمْ أَكُنْ دَفَعْتُ إِلَيْكِ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا، قَالَ: فَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ بَيِّنَةٌ وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ
