حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي امْرَأَةٍ غَيَّبَتْ صَكَكَ رَجُلٍ، فَقَالَ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا إِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ [قَدْ] [١]غَيَّبَتْهَا، فَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: إِنْ كَانَ صَادِقًا فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ، وَسَمِعْتُ حَمَّادًا يَقُولُ: يُدَيَّنُ فِي ذَلِكَ
