حَدَّثَنَا [مُحَمَّدُ] بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَذَفَهَا ثُمَّ مَاتَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُلَاعِنَهَا، قَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ وَوَرِثَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ لَاعَنَ وَلَمْ يَرِثْ
