حَدَّثَنَا [أَبُو بَكْرٍ] الْحَنَفِيُّ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يُفْرَضُ لَهَا مِنْ مَالِ ابْنَتِهَا ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، أُرَاهُ حَقًّا
