حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ وَالْحَكَمِ
فِي امْرَأَةٍ قَالَ لَهَا زَوْجُهَا: إِذَا حِضْتِ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَارْتَفَعَتْ حَيْضَتُهَا وَحَبِلَتْ، قَالَا: لِيُجَامِعْهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ، وَقَالَ عَامِرٌ: إِنْ صَلَحَ فِي الْقَرِيبِ فَإِنَّهُ يَصْلُحُ فِي الْبَعِيدِ
