حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا زَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِيَ صَغِيرَةٌ فَرَأَى أَنْ يَخْلَعَهَا، فَذَلِكَ جَائِزٌ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ يُونُسُ: وَكَانَ غَيْرُ الْحَسَنِ لَا يَرَى ذَلِكَ
