حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَشَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثَةُ نَفَرٍ، كُلُّ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ فِي مَوْطِنٍ غَيْرِ مَوْطِنِ صَاحِبِهِ، فَقَضَى عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ أَنَّهَا تَطْلِيقَةٌ
