حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ،
عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ قَالَا فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: إِنْ لَمْ أَتَزَوَّجْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِنْ لَمْ أُخْرِجْكِ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، قَالَا: لَا يَقْرَبُهَا، وَإِنْ مَاتَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ لَمْ يَتَوَارَثَا
