حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ [أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ] عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: هِيَ طَالِقٌ إِنْ لَمْ يَتَزَوَّجْ عَلَيْهَا، قَالَ: هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ حَتَّى يَتَزَوَّجَ، فَإِنْ مَاتَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمَا فَلَا مِيرَاثَ بَيْنَهُمَا
