حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى تَطْلِيقَةٍ، وَقَدْ كَانَ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، فَيُطَلِّقُهَا فِي مَرَضِهِ، فَمَاتَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ: لَا يَرِثُهَا وَلَا تَرِثُهُ
