حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّ هِشَامَ بْنَ هُبَيْرَةَ كَتَبَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فِي مَرَضِهِ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ شُرَيْحٌ: إِنَّهُ فَارٌّ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللهِ، تَرِثُهُ
