حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ كَامِلِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا ثُمَّ غَابَ عَنْهَا، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَخَذَتْهُ بِالنَّفَقَةِ، فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ بِهَا
