حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَالَتْ غَيْبَةُ الرَّجُلِ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ فَلْيُرْسِلْ إِلَيْهَا نَفَقَةً أَوْ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا
