حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَالَتْ غَيْبَةُ الرَّجُلِ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ، أَنْفَقَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ أَوْ طَلَّقَهَا
