حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْسِرُ عَنْ نَفَقَةِ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: لَا بُدَّ مِنْ أَنْ يُنْفِقَ أَوْ يُطَلِّقَ
