حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَعْجِزُ عَنْ نَفَقَةِ امْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ: يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَقُلْتُ: سُنَّةٌ ؟ فَقَالَ: سُنَّةٌ
