حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا الْحَكَمَانِ اخْتَلَفَا، فَلَا حُكْمَ لَهُمَا، وَيُجْعَلُ غَيْرُهُمَا، وَإِنِ اتَّفَقَا جَازَ حُكْمُهُمَا
