حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً فَإِنَّهُ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهَا
