حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:
تَعْتَدُّ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ مِنْ يَوْمِ يَمُوتُ، أَوْ مِنْ يَوْمِ يُطَلِّقُ
