حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ وَأَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ قَالُوا:
الْعِدَّةُ مِنْ يَوْمِ يَمُوتُ وَمِنْ يَوْمِ يُطَلِّقُ، فَمَنْ أَكَلَ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ مِنْ نَصِيبِهِ
