حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ
فِيمَنْ تَزَوَّجَ الْيَهُودِيَّةَ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمَةِ قَالَ: يَقْسِمُ بَيْنَهُمَا سَوَاءً، وَطَلَاقُهَا طَلَاقُ حُرَّةٍ وَعِدَّتُهَا كَذَلِكَ
