حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا ارْتَدَّ الرَّجُلُ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ بِتَطْلِيقَةٍ بَائِنَةٍ، [وَلَيْسَ لَهُ] [١]عَلَيْهَا سَبِيلٌ إِنْ رَجَعَ، وَتَعْتَدُّ عِدَّةَ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ
