حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَتُكْمِلُ عِدَّتَهَا مِنَ الْأَوَّلِ وَتَعْتَدُّ مِنْ مَاءِ الْآخَرِ، وَيَكُونُ لَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا، فَإِذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا فَلْتَزَوَّجْهُ [١]أَوْ غَيْرَهُ إِنْ شَاءَتْ
