حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ زُرْعَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ مَمْلُوكَةٌ، فَأَدْرَكَهَا الْعِتْقُ وَهِيَ فِي عِدَّتِهَا، فَتُتِمُّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا
