حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْأَمَةُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَتْ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَعِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ الْأَمَةِ، وَإِذَا طُلِّقَتْ وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَتْ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَعِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ الْحُرَّةِ
