حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو قَالَ:
سُئِلَ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَعْتَقَ سُرِّيَّتَهُ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ، اعْتَدَّتْ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ إِنْ كَانَتْ تَحِيضُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تَحِيضُ فَعِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ إِنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا غَيْرُهُ
