حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةَ فَحَاضَتِ الثَّالِثَةَ، أَدْنَى مَا كَانَتْ تَحِيضُ، فَلَا يَمْلِكُ زَوْجُهَا الرَّجْعَةَ وَلَا تَغْتَسِلُ وَلَا تُصَلِّي حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ عَلَيْهَا أَكْثَرُ مِمَّا كَانَتْ تَحِيضُ
