لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مُتْعَةٌ [١]، دَخَلَ بِهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ، فَرَضَ لَهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا
