حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ فَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ النَّفَقَةُ، حُرَّةً كَانَتْ أَوْ أَمَةً
