حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ مِنَ الْأَمَةِ: إِذَا مَضَى شَهْرَانِ وَلَمْ يَفِئْ زَوْجُهَا فَقَدْ وَقَعَ الْإِيلَاءُ
