حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَمُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا:
إِذَا آلَى الرَّجُلُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ شَهْرًا ثُمَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى تَمْضِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ، إِنَّهَا تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ.
